JG Mobile Carwash Appointment Policy

To ensure efficient scheduling and quality service, JG Mobile Carwash has implemented the following appointment policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

1. Default Appointment Status

All appointments scheduled through our system will initially be marked as Pending. Once reviewed and confirmed by our team, you will receive a notification confirming your booking.

2. Minimum Time Required for Booking

Appointments must be scheduled at least 8 hours in advance. This allows our team to adequately prepare and allocate resources to serve you better.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 6 hours’ notice before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling of appointments must be done at least 3 hour before the originally scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time slot based on availability.

5. Confirmation and Communication

You will receive updates via your chosen communication method (SMS, email, or app notification) for:

  • Appointment confirmation
  • Changes or rescheduling
  • Service reminders
